Chatham Council on Aging Hosts Holiday Lunch and Live Music for Seniors
CHATHAM — December 13, 2018 — Chatham's Council on Aging held a holiday luncheon and live musical performance Thursday for year-round senior residents. The Friends of the Chatham Council on Aging sponsored the event, which featured vocalist Shev and guitarist the Great Polanic performing holiday and American songbook standards including "Winter Wonderland," "Sleigh Ride," and "Sway." A staff member encouraged attendees to consult the council's newsletter, The Flash, and website at chathamcoa.com for additional programming running through January and February. The Great Polanic closed the set by telling the audience he was "very, very happy to once again grace your stage."
